• Platform services — enabling you to use the features appropriate to your account type (citizen tracking, LGA management, investor inquiries).

• Safety and moderation — reviewing flagged content, investigating reported issues, enforcing our Terms of Service.
• Platform improvement — aggregated, anonymised analytics to understand how users interact with the Platform and improve it.

We process your data on the following lawful bases under the NDPA 2023:

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

• LGA administrators — your name and LGA/state (but not your email or phone) may be visible to LGA administrators when you submit feedback or reports about their LGA.

We require all third parties to respect the security of your data and to treat it in accordance with applicable Nigerian data protection law.

• Active accounts: data is retained for the lifetime of your account.
• Deleted accounts: account data is deleted within 30 days of your deletion request. Aggregated, anonymised analytics data (which cannot identify you) may be retained indefinitely.
• Payment records: retained for 7 years as required by Nigerian financial regulations.
• Server logs: retained for 90 days for security and debugging purposes.
